A Short Intro to K.L.
K.L. was born with a rare neuromuscular disorder called Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) which can best be described as something close to being completely paralyzed from the neck down, but he can feel absolutely everything.
While he needs assistance with nearly all aspects of is day-to-day life, with his parents as his primary caregivers, he loves and lives life to the fullest!
